During a recent visit to New York with my friend Sophie we visited Bluestone Lane Collective Cafe on Greenwich Avenue for some brunch. It was recommended to me by one of my followers on Instagram because of the selection of healthy food.
The venue had a busy but laid-back, friendly atmosphere when we walked in. The blue and white decor, cushions and light furniture makes you feel like you’re sitting in a beach front cafe, which makes sense as the […]

I thought I would make Rosehip Oil my first beauty recommendation as it’s quickly becoming my favourite skincare product. I’ve been using it for about 8 months and have notice the difference in my skin texture and reduction in fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. I find my skin looks brighter and less dull when I wake in the morning.
Rosehip is a wonderful oil because it doesn’t matter if you have oily, dry or combination, it […]

Mitochondria are the powerhouse of our cells. This is where food and oxygen are converted to energy. Our mitochondria are our life force and a key component in fixing low energy levels.
Mitochondria in a cell
Many people try to gain energy through temporary fixes such as drinking coffee, eating sugary junk food or just pushing […]
